Record Transfer Fees

The U.S. government permits medical providers to charge for copies of medical records. The fees are set by the government each year and are priced according to the number of pages to be copied.

Medical record copying requires a significant amount of time for our staff, therefore Sewickley Valley Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine reserves the right to charge the legally allowed fees for this service.

If you have questions, we would certainly be happy to discuss the fees with you.
